Most of my pieces are dishwasher safe but I always recommend hand washing to help them last longer. If a piece isn’t microwave-safe (due to metallic details, for example), it will be noted in the Etsy listing.

I usually ship within 3-6 business days. Once posted, UK orders typically arrive in 1-3 days and international orders can take 1-3 weeks depending on customs and location.

I package each order with great care but if something does arrive damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I’ll do my best to make it right.
