Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every order is carefully packed by hand from my home studio in Stafford, UK.

Processing Times

Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3-6 working days. If I’m away at a market or taking a short break, I’ll always update the processing time on my website.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

USA Shipping

I currently ship to the United States.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £25 per order, regardless of how many pieces you purchase.

All USA orders are sent with pre-paid duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP), so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

You’ll receive tracking once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times typically vary depending on customs processing and your location.

Packaging

Every ceramic piece is carefully wrapped using protective packaging to help ensure it arrives safely. I also try to use recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item. I’ll do everything I can to make things right.
